The Sheep Shearer quest is an extremely short, free to play quest. During the quest players must shear sheep and give Fred the Farmer 20 wool. If you already have 20 wool or can buy it from the Grand Exchange then you can simply give these to Farmer Fred to instantly complete the quest.

Guide to complete Sheep Shearer
As previously mentioned, if you are able to bring 20 balls of wool with you to the quest start then you can complete this quest instantly. Simply speak to Fred the Farmer north of Lumbridge and use option 1 during the dialogue. The speak to him again and give him the 20 balls of wool (unnoted).
If you don’t have balls of wool
Grabs some shears from Fred the Farmer and enter the sheep pen near his house. Collect 20 wool from shearing the sheep in the pen. Take this wool to the 1st floor of the Lumbridge castle and use the spinning wheel there to make 20 balls of wool. Return with the balls of wool to Fred the Farmer to complete your quest.
Quest Rewards
After full completion of the Sheep Shearer quest, you will receive 1 quest point, 150 crafting experience and 60 coins.
