Locations
To interact with the elves and explore their homeland, you’ll need to complete a series of quests to gain access to Prifddinas. The most notable quest in this regard is the “Mourning’s End Part II.” This quest is challenging and time-consuming, but it’s a crucial step in your journey to the elf city. Once you’ve completed the necessary quests, you can access Prifddinas via the Underground Pass.
