Ankou are a unique breed of undead monsters in OSRS. They are found in various locations throughout the game world, primarily in dungeons and catacombs. Ankou come in three different combat levels: level 60, level 61, and level 63, and each has its own unique drops and characteristics.

Gear Setup

Killing Ankous:

- Catacombs of Kourend: The Ankous in the catacombs have higher Hitpoints and are located in a multi-combat zone. This is a popular location for higher-level players.
- Engage in Combat: Attack the Ankous using your chosen combat style (Melee, Ranged, or Magic). Protect from Melee is a useful prayer to reduce damage taken.
- Looting: Ankous drop various items, including death and blood runes, as well as noted mithril items, which can be valuable. Collect any valuable drops and continue killing Ankous.
